摘要:
采用文献资料法系统阐述了莱美集体健身课系的起源与发展,同时对苏州市开设此项集体健身课程一年以上的大型健身俱乐部中的消费者、教练员及经营管理者进行走访与问卷调查,以探究莱美健身课系的构成要素及相关特征,并在课程设置、动作编排、音乐节选和器械运用等方面与传统集体健身课程作对比分析,旨在为我国大众健身课程的多元化发展提供参考。
Abstract:
The methods of literature consultation and questionnaire were used to expatiate the origin and development of the system of Les Mills collective fitness courses, while visiting and investigating consumers, coaches and managers in large-scale fitness clubs that offering Les Mills courses for more than one year in Suzhou. The purpose of this research is to explore elements and related characteristics of the system of Les Mills fitness courses, and make a comparative analysis with traditional collective fitness courses in the aspects of curriculum, movement arrangement, music excerpts and apparatus application, which provides reference for the diversified development of mass fitness courses in China.
