摘要:
目的:探讨有氧运动伴决明子茶饮对单纯性肥胖女大学生身体形态与血脂代谢的双重干预影响效果,为女大学预防超重尤其是肥胖的发生发展提供参考依据。方法:随机选取河南省黄淮学院肥胖女大学生60名为研究对象。在知情、自愿的原则下,随机分成人数相等的实验组和对照组(实验组有3人、对照组有1人因其他原因中途退出),实验组每人每天饮用一份决明子茶并练习36式太极柔力球40 min,对照组仅每天与实验组同时同地进行太极柔力球练习,共计60天。结果:有氧运动伴决明子茶饮对肥胖女大学生血压有显著的改善作用([WTBX]P<[WTBZ]0.01),减慢安静心率([WTBX]P<[WTBZ]0.01),提高心肺功能([WTBX]P<[WTBZ]0.01),显著降低体重、BMI值([WTBX]P<[WTBZ]0.01),减少脂肪在腰腹部的堆积([WTBX]P<[WTBZ]0.01),腰臀比趋于合理([WTBX]P<[WTBZ]0.01),对血脂代谢的TG、TC、HDL、LDL、ApoAI、ApoB等指标有显著的良性改善作用([WTBX]P<[WTBZ]0.01)。结论:有氧运动伴决明子茶饮对肥胖女大学生的身体形态与血脂代谢指标的影响优于仅采用运动干预的对照组,加之中药配方简单、价格低、药源广,又是简便易行的代茶饮,结合经济有效的降脂、控制体重和防治疾病的有氧运动,是肥胖女大学生保持苗条身材、抑制和预防肥胖的一个较好的选择。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the double intervention effects of aerobic exercise and cassia tea on body shape and lipid metabolism of obese female college students and provide reference for the prevention of obesity. Methods: 60 obese female college students were randomly selected from Huanghuai University and then divided into an equal number of experimental group (EG) and control group (CG) (3 of EG and 1 of CG dropped out for some reasons). Each member in EG consumed a cassia tea and practiced Tai Chi softball for 36 to 40 minutes per day, while CG practiced Tai Chi softball only. The experiment lasted 60 days. Results: Aerobic exercise and cassia tea could effectively improve blood pressure (P<0.01), slow resting heart rate (P<0.01), improve heart and lung function (P<0.01), and reduce bodyweight, BMI value as well as the fat accumulation in waist and abdomen (P<0.01). The waist-to-hip ratio (P<0.01) was nearly rational and the TG, TC, HDL, LDL, ApoAI and ApoB indicators of lipid metabolism were significantly improved (P<0.01). Conclusion: Aerobic exercise and cassia tea could better improve obese female college students body shape and lipid metabolism than the exercise intervention only. Therefore, cassia tea, as a substitute of tea drinks, with the advantages of simple recipe, lower price and wide resources, when combined with aerobic exercise could effectively help to keep good body shape and prevent the obesity of female college students.
