研究目的:心率变异性(Heart Rate Variability,HRV)检测是一种评价心脏自主神经功能的简易方法,本研究将该方法应用于女足高原训练监控,辅助评价运动员身体机能状态和辅助诊断运动性疲劳,探讨HRV检测在足球科研服务中的作用和应用价值。研究方法:应用以HRV检测为原理的便携式疲劳诊断仪结合常用血生化指标在集训前、上高原2天、上高原2周及下高原2天分别对女足运动员机能状态进行监测和比较分析。研究结果:上高原2天时自主神经活动度显著增强,表现为交感神经优势;上高原2周(大运动量耐力训练及专项强度训练后)时神经紧张度指数和交感神经活动度显著增高;下高原2天时表现为迷走神经优势;HRV检测提示的疲劳信号早于血生化指标的变化。研究结论:以HRV为原理的自主神经疲劳检测是辅助诊断女足运动员高原训练身体状态的有效方法,与血液指标相结合,可以全面监控身体状态,特别对于提示早期疲劳具有一定的应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective: Heart Rate Variability (HRV) detection is a simple and easy method to evaluate the function of cardiac autonomic system. The purpose of this study is to explore the value of HRV detection in sports science by applying this method to women's soccer altitude training to assist in evaluation of physical status and diagnosis of exercise-induced fatigue. Methods: Portable fatigue diagnostic equipment based on HRV detection was used together with blood bio-chemistry test before, 2 days and 2 weeks on and 2 days after the altitude training to monitor and analyze the athletes’ physical status. Results: The autonomic nervous activity significantly enhanced 2 days after arriving at the plateau and expressed a sympathetic nerve advantage. The sympathetic activity and tension index of autonomic nerve system significantly increased after 2 weeks at the plateau (after large volume of endurance training and strength training). It showed a vagus nerve advantage after 2 days leaving the plateau. The signs of body fatigue presented by HRV detection were earlier than those from blood bio-chemistry tests. Conclusions: The autonomic nerve system fatigue testing based on HRV detection is an effective method for the diagnosis of physical status in female soccer players during altitude training if combined with blood bio-chemistry tests,especially useful for the detection of early fatigue.
