摘要:
将40名老年女性随机分成太极组和快走组,分别进行16周,5次/周,1小时/次的太极拳和快走锻炼,使用韩国Inbody-3.0身体成分分析仪在锻炼前、后进行测试,选取体重、WHR(腰臀比)、BMI(身体质量指数)、脂肪质量、体脂百分比、肌肉重量、瘦体重7个指标进行描述统计。结果显示:太极拳组在体重、BMI、脂肪质量、体脂百分比、肌肉重量和瘦体重指标中锻炼前后差异具有显著性(P<0.05),WHR指标锻炼前后差异具有极显著性(P<0.01)。快走组在体重、BMI、WHR和脂肪质量指标锻炼前后差异具有显著性(P<0.05),而体脂百分比、肌肉重量和瘦体重指标锻炼前后差异不具有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:16周的太极拳和快走锻炼均可以有效的减少体脂,降低体重;但太极拳锻炼可以更有效的增加肌肉重量和瘦体重质量。
Abstract:
40 elderly women were randomly divided into Tai Chi group and brisk walking group. Body weight,WHR,BMI,fat mass,fat percent,muscle mass and fat-free mass were measured before and after the 16-week training intervention, using body composition analyzer of Inbody-3.0. The results show that the Tai Chi group had significant difference in BMI, body weight, fat mass, body fat percentage, muscle mass and lean body mass index (P<0.05), and the difference in WHR index was very significant (P<0.01). Brisk walking group was significant in body weight, BMI, WHR and fat mass index difference(P<0.05), and percentage of body fat, muscle mass and lean body mass index were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:16 weeks of Tai Chi and brisk walking exercise can effectively reduce body fat and weight,and the Tai Chi exercise can be more effective to increase muscle and lean body mass.
