摘要:
随着网络、微博、微信等新媒体的出现,体育危机的传播渠道更加丰富,传播速度大为提升,且公众直接参与反馈和传播,传播的范围更加广泛。通过案例分析及逻辑分析等科研方法,基于传播学的视角研究体育危机的特点及管理策略。提出体育危机事件发生后,体育管理部门应在第一时间准确全面搜集事件信息并予以发布;应利用现代传播技术和新媒体进行广泛传播,并利用媒体的“议程设置”功能正确引导公众;政府应加强相关法制建设,加强对媒体的监管;组织者和个人应具有良好的媒体沟通能力和技巧,加强和优化公众关系;体育危机管理者应完善监督制度与利益诉求机制,尽可能避免下一轮危机的发生。
Abstract:
With the advent of new media, such as Internet, Microblog and Wechat, the propagating channels of sport crisis become more abundant, the propagation speed much faster and the public’s direct participation in the feedback and propagation makes the range more wide. With the methods of case analysis and logic analysis, the paper studies the characteristics of sport crisis and the corresponding management strategies from the perspective of communication. It points out that once the sport crisis occurs, sports management departments should gather and release the exact and comprehensive event information immediately and use both the modern communication technologies and new media to propagate it widely and the “agenda setting” function of the media to guide the public correctly. The government should strengthen the construction of relevant legal system and media supervision. The organizers and the individuals should have good media communication skills and abilities to strengthen and optimize the public relations. The managers of the sport crisis should optimize the supervision system and interest demanding mechanism so as to avoid the occurrence of the next round of crisis as much as possible. 
