摘要:
基于功能性测试理论,运用文献资料、测试、实验、数理分析及逻辑法,选取10名男子二级排球运动员安排功能性训练(PNF拉伸及核心稳定性训练)。训练前后测试运动员柔韧素质,核心稳定性和神经肌肉控制能力。结果显示:经过4周12次拉伸和核心稳定性训练,运动员下肢肌肉关节柔韧素质、核心稳定性以及神经肌肉控制能力测试指标出现显著性差异,个别出现非常显著性差异,运动员基本运动模式得到改善,为系统专项训练打下基础。建议教练员在核心稳定性训练前安排PNF拉伸训练,完善神经肌肉适应性训练。
Abstract:
With the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical analysis and logic analysis and based on the Functional Movement Screen Theory, arranging for functional training(PNF stretching and core stability training) to 10 men secondary volleyball players.Testing athletes’ flexibility quality of lower limb, core stability and neuromuscular control before and after training. Results showed that after 4 weeks,12 times functional trainings, athletes’ flexibility quality of lower limb,core stability and neuromuscular control appeared significantly different test indicators,some individual shows a very significant difference, the athletes’ basic movement patterns were improved.It is suggested that the coaches arrange the PNF stretching training before core stability training to develope neuromuscular adaptation training.
